Smarter Quoting: From Click to Close in 30 Seconds
We’re introducing a fully guided quoting workflow that’s as intuitive as it is powerful. Whether you’re new to Sophos or a long-time partner, the new quoting experience is built to help you go from product selection to accurate pricing in under a minute.
Here’s what’s new:
- Guided steps: Identify the right products, SKUs, and pricing
- Unified search: View opportunity data, devices, and licenses in one view
- Optimized performance: No timeouts, no long load times
- Comprehensive quoting features: Quote new business, renewals and mid-term changes – including adding users or products that exceed the renewal contract (Amend & Extend)
Don’t Forget: You can access renewal quoting up to 180 days before expiration. For opportunities under $10K USD, system-generated quotes are automatically created 90 days in advance to help you move faster.

We’ve also reimagined the compliance dashboard to make it easier for you to monitor your certification progress and partner tier status — so you can stay on track and unlock benefits faster.

- Track what’s required — and what’s missing — to maintain or advance your status
- Prepare with confidence for the annual March 31 compliance review
