Throughout the new financial year, we’re planning to create a simpler, more transparent promo line-up for you to use.

This will include a significant reduction in the number of promo codes available for Sophos Firewall, with most changes being implemented from July 1, 2026.

 

Global Supply Chain Situation

Supply chains are under pressure right now, with rising component costs, shortages due to manufacturing shifts to support AI infrastructure, and increasing shipping costs due to the current geopolitical situation.

While Sophos is in a good position to avoid any inventory shortfalls in the near-term, we will continue to monitor the situation, including competitive pricing and our overall cost structure, to determine if any future adjustments need to be made.

 

FY27 Promo Changes

Effective April 1:

We’re removing several promo codes where:

• The usage does not meet our required thresholds.
• There is a more frequently used global promo code available (SG).
• The discount is no longer required (CEMA+WSP discounts are included in our global SG promo).

Other updates:

• Most other promos will be extended to June 30, 2026.
• The 5% promo partner discount has been removed from the XGS COMP TAKEOUT promo.
• You can only use ONE XGS promo code on any quote.
• Once promo code blacklisting/whitelisting is introduced later this month, any quote with an incorrect promo code combination will recalculate the discounts once refreshed.
• Any valid quote with an expired promo code will be recalculated if refreshed (that includes if it is changed to Primary).
