Climbing the Sophos partner program ladder – that is, reaching a higher tier – will bring you more rewards and higher margins.

In this blog, we will cover important partner program compliance milestones and how they will impact partner tiers.

March 31, 2022: Partner program compliance deadline

The compliance deadline is approaching fast: On March 31, 2022, we will record certification and revenue numbers to perform our yearly partner program compliance audit. Make sure you meet all partner program requirements by this deadline, so you can make the most of partner program benefits and secure your margins for the following year.

To review your organization performance, visit the partner portal for a year-to-date compliance status.

We will confirm your partner tier for April 1, 2022 – March 31, 2023 in due course via email to partner portal administrators.

April 15, 2022: Higher partner tiers will become effective

On this day, qualifying partners will move to their new, higher tier.

May 16, 2022: Lower partner tiers will become effective

On May 16, 2022, affected partners will move to a lower tier for April 1, 2022 – March 31, 2023. But this is not the end of the world – throughout the year, partners who qualify for a higher partner tier or a new accreditation by the 1st of a month will be promoted on the 15th of the same month.
