Refreshed Partner Program Guide
The needs of our partner ecosystem is transforming and our mission to provide cybersecurity-as-a-service that works as a revenue driver for you, our partners, has led us to consolidate our partner offerings into one global partner program guide that covers managed service providers (MSPs), cloud security providers (CSPs) and next-gen resellers. The program now also calls out the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) required for MSP partners to reach a certain partner tier. When multiplied by 18, the MRR is the exact equivalent to the annual revenue requirements. The MRR listed (and the 18x multiplier) applies to partners with only MSP Flex billings to reach the billings threshold for each program level.
Currency conversion rates used to calculate program level attainment have been updated. The program guide now also offers a quick Getting Starting Checklist, which helps you navigate our program to find the right specializations and accreditations that support your business model. Numerous links to channel services, resources, and support will help you make the most of your partnership.
While the overall architecture of the program benefits and requirements stays the same, the new program guide marks a fundamental shift in the way we present our channel offerings and consolidates what’s been previously available into one, global document.
