“Fostering inclusivity in the workplace and incorporating a variety of voices, cultures and perspectives not only helps us grow as individuals but it is good for business”, says Christina.

We’re thrilled that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Christina Nairn, Director Marketing, to its inaugural Inclusive Channel Leaders list for 2023. For the first time, CRN is recognizing executives from vendor, distributor, and solution provider organizations whose commitments to inclusive leadership are making an impact across the IT channel.

The CRN 2023 Inclusive Channel Leaders list honorees are passionate about promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across their areas of influence. With this recognition, CRN honors these individuals for their unwavering dedication to inclusivity in the channel and the greater technology industry.

For Christina, inclusive leadership means creating a workplace of equal opportunity where everyone feels they can deliver the best work of their careers, irrespective of differences such as age, race, sexual orientation, national origin, physical abilities or gender. Christina and Sophos believe that inclusive leaders value and actively encourage diverse opinions, outlooks and thought processes.

Christina is grounded in the belief that inclusion is the fastest path to empowerment. As a leader at Sophos, she has created an inclusive culture on her team which empowers individuals to push themselves out of their comfort zone and exceed their own expectations knowing that Christina truly embraces their diverse workstyles, gender, race, backgrounds, experiences and personalities.

“We are so excited to announce this year’s honorees and shine a light on their passion and commitment to inclusivity across the channel. Because of their transparent leadership, our work environments are safer and more accepting places where everyone can feel comfortable showing up as the best version of themselves each day,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “The channel is a more caring and compassionate place because of them, and we look forward to seeing what great things they do next.”
