Partner Care: Your Go-To for Fast NFR Requests

Sophos has expanded NFR support within the Partner Care team, streamlining requests, orders, and fulfillment. For quickest access to NFR products and renewals, contact Sophos Partner Care—the fastest, most efficient route for all your NFR needs!

 

$0 NFR Licenses: Now Automatically Extended

In early December, Sophos will begin to automatically extend NFR software subscriptions for products that are considered $0 or “free” within the NFR program (check the Sophos NFR guide for more information).

What do I need to do as a part of this change?

  • Nothing! If you are an active Sophos Partner and have $0 NFR software subscriptions, this will be an automatic process.
    Please note: If your $0 NFR subscription is on the same contract as a for-cost NFR subscription, your $0 NFR subscription will not be automatically renewed.
  • On a daily basis, Sophos will automatically renew all $0 NFR software subscriptions due to expire within the next 60 days.

What is excluded from this process?

  • NFR products that have been heavily discounted via Sophos sales to $0
  • NFR products that have a cost attached to them (also known as “for-cost”)
  • $0 NFR software subscriptions that are on the same contract as for-cost NFR products

Sophos MDR: NFR Discount Increase

Great news! Sophos has boosted the program discount by 10 points on MDR services in the NFR program. Discover your new discount and eligible quantities in the Sophos NFR guide.

 

Sophos UTM: No Longer Eligible for NFR

Sophos UTM is end-of-sale and thus no longer eligible for NFR licenses as stated in the NFR terms and conditions. Existing NFR UTM licenses will continue to be supported until their expiry date.
