Reaching a higher tier in the Sophos Partner Program means more than just added recognition — it brings greater rewards and higher margins. Staying compliant and tracking your progress is key to making the most of these opportunities.

Here’s a quick look at the upcoming compliance milestones and how they impact your partner tier status:

March 31, 2025: Partner Program Compliance Deadline

The clock is ticking — March 31, 2025, marks the deadline for this year’s compliance review. On this date, Sophos will record certification and revenue numbers to conduct our annual partner program audit. Ensure your organization meets all program requirements by this deadline to secure your margins and benefits for the following year.

Partner Tier Confirmation

Following the compliance review, we will confirm your partner tier for the upcoming program year (April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026) via email to your Partner Portal administrators.

  • April 15, 2025: Higher partner tiers take effect
    If you’ve qualified for a higher tier, congratulations! Your new status will be announced and officially take effect on April 15, 2025.
  • May 15, 2025: Lower partner tiers take effect
    For partners moving to a lower tier, these changes will come into effect on May 15, 2025. Don’t worry, partners who qualify for a higher tier or a new accreditation by the 1st of any month will be promoted on the 15th of that same month.
