  • What it covers: An introduction to Taegis — how it was developed, the challenges it’s built to solve, and the unique value it brings to customers. Perfect for anyone looking to confidently position Taegis within their cybersecurity portfolio.

  • Who it’s for: Sales Engineers, MSSP Analysts, MSSP Administrators
  • What it covers: A hands-on walkthrough of Taegis product features from an analyst or administrator perspective — ideal for technical teams who want to understand how the platform performs in real-world environments.

How to Access the Training

  1. Log in to the Sophos Partner Portal
  2. Navigate to Training → Start Your Training
  3. In the Sophos Academy, search for “Taegis” under Courses
  4. You’ll find two courses:
    • Taegis Channel Enablement
    • Taegis Technical Overview (available after completing the first)
  5. Click Enroll to begin your training
