Introducing Sophos Advisory Services, a new range of proactive security testing services that provide expert, independent assessments of your customers’ cyber defenses. These services help your customers identify vulnerabilities in their environment, strengthen their defenses, and enhance their resilience against cyber threats.

Four new services are available from today (with more to come):

  • External Penetration Testing: Assesses your customers’ defenses against an adversary trying to exploit their environment from the outside.
  • Internal Penetration Testing: Evaluates controls within the perimeter to assess interior defenses and protect against insider threats.
  • Wireless Network Penetration Testing: Evaluates wireless network security and identifies potential vulnerabilities that attackers may exploit.
  • Web Application Security Assessment: Tests your customers’ web applications for known vulnerabilities.

Introducing Sophos Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), a new add-on for Sophos MDR and Sophos XDR that prevents identity attacks, continuously monitors your customers’ environments for identity risks and misconfigurations, and provides dark web intelligence on compromised credentials.

  • Performs 80+ identity posture checks that go beyond basic hygiene to uncover risks in minutes, compared to days with traditional identity security controls.
  • Detects 100% of MITRE ATT&CK Credential Access techniques, alerts customers when credentials are exposed on the dark web and in breach databases, and identifies anomalous user activity.
  • Integrates with Sophos MDR: Sophos security analysts investigate and respond to high-risk identity-based threats on your customers’ behalf.

Coming soon, the new Sophos Services Subscription is a flexible, value-driven offering designed to meet your customers’ evolving needs for support, Professional Services, and Advisory Services, while enabling you to generate renewable subscription revenue and build lasting customer relationships.

Customers purchase Sophos Service Units (SSUs) and redeem them against the services they need, when they need them, from an expanding service catalog ranging from guided onboarding for Sophos MDR to the new Advisory Services we announced today.
