What to Do Before March 31, 2026

To make sure your partnership is in great shape for the new program year, take these steps now:

  1. Check Your Certification Points and Tier
    Log in to the Sophos Partner Portal and open your Certification Dashboard to review your total points, tier, and progress toward the next level.
  2. Renew or Add Certifications
    Make sure all certifications are active and renew any that are expiring soon. Completing new certifications before March 31 can also help you boost your tier and benefits.
  3. Confirm Revenue Requirements
    Verify that your organization meets the revenue goals for your current or target tier. If you’re unsure, your Channel Account Manager (CAM) or regional distributor can help you review your progress.
  4. Update Your Partner Profile
    Check that your company details, primary contacts, and preferred distributor in the Partner Portal are accurate and up to date.
  5. Connect with Your CAM
    Schedule a quick review session with your Channel Account Manager to discuss your goals for FY26 and identify opportunities for growth, enablement, or co-selling.
