From December 10, 2025, we’re simplifying how you sell Taegis products as they are now listed on the Sophos price list — right alongside the entire Sophos portfolio.

What’s New

• Taegis Added to the Sophos Pricelist
  Taegis software and services are now fully incorporated into the Sophos Pricelist and order management systems. This integration simplifies quoting and enables you to sell Taegis to new customers more efficiently.
• Streamlined Deal Registration
  The Sophos Partner Portal now features a single, unified deal registration form. When a registration is approved for Sophos XDR/MDR, it will also extend to Taegis XDR/MDR when Taegis is the recommended solution — ensuring continuous protection and a seamless partner experience as we move toward a unified offering.

Why This Matters for Partners

These updates make it faster and easier for partners to sell Taegis. With all distributors now authorized to quote and provide pricing for Taegis — no separate Secureworks agreement is needed — you can move opportunities forward without administrative delays.

Clear pricing, unified processes, and upfront enablement from the Sophos Distribution team ensure smoother quoting and ordering, reducing friction and helping you capture more revenue as Taegis becomes fully integrated into the Sophos ecosystem.

For Sophos MSP partners: Taegis Software is not available via MSP Flex at this time, but existing Sophos MSPs will be authorized to purchase Taegis through an Authorized Distributor with term-based licensing if you wish to extend the solution as part of a managed service offering.

What Partners Can Expect

For New Taegis Customers:
Any opportunity involving a net-new Taegis customer will be quoted using the current Sophos discount structure as described in the Sophos Partner Program Guide. These opportunities will follow the same deal registration process as other Sophos products and services.

For Existing Taegis Customers:
Until integration is completed, opportunities for customers already running Taegis will continue to follow the legacy Secureworks discounting structure.

Looking Ahead

In the coming months, quoting for both new and existing Taegis accounts will transition fully into the Sophos Pricelist, as well as Sophos quoting and order management systems — streamlining the entire process for partners.
