How It Works
When Sophos identifies an opportunity, your Account Executive can create a Teaming Plan and define your role and value upfront.
Once approved:
- Your discount is locked in for 90 days
- You’ll receive email notifications
- You can track everything in the Opportunity Manager in the Sophos Partner Portal
No extra complexity — just clear visibility and predictable rewards.
How It Fits with Deal Registration
Teaming Plans are designed to work alongside Deal Registration — not replace it.
- Deal Registration is still the best path when you source the opportunity
- Teaming Plans apply when Sophos sources the deal and you help win it
Because these motions are different, incentives are structured differently. Teaming Plans use a standardized discount and are not eligible for SPIFFs, which remain tied to Deal Registration.
