New program revenue requirements and tier updates
We’ve updated revenue requirements across all partner tiers to better reflect:
- Market growth and partner maturity
- The increasing importance of performance and value contribution
These new thresholds create a clearer path for growth — helping you move up tiers faster as your business expands. They are now in effect for in-year tier upgrades and will apply to the final compliance audit on March 31, 2027.
As part of this evolution, we’ve also introduced a new Titanium tier to recognize our highest-performing partners and create a path for those delivering consistent, high-value outcomes in enterprise and strategic opportunities, with partner promotions to this tier planned over the course of this quarter.

Specializations that match your business
We’ve updated our specialization framework to better match how you go to market today — helping you differentiate your services and win more complex opportunities.
- MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider): For partners delivering ongoing managed security services with their own SOC.
- Global System Integrators (GSIs): For partners operating at global, strategic scale.
We’ve also retired the CSP specialization to simplify the program and reduce overlap.
