Sophos is excited to announce the availability of Autotask Billing Integration for Sophos MSP Connect Flex partners. The integration will allow MSPs to configure data-level synchronization between the Sophos Central Partner Dashboard and Autotask to update the number of active users by customer for each MSP Flex service, on a nightly basis, enabling MSPs to automate invoicing from their native PSA application. The integration between Sophos Central and Autotask will automate the monthly manual data entry into Autotask from the Sophos Usage and prevent possible human errors.
The configuration is quick and simple to setup:
- In Sophos Central Partner Dashboard, go to Settings & Policies, and click on PSA Integration:
- Select “Get Started” next to the Autotask logo:
- Enter your username and password, and hit Save. If you enter the incorrect credentials, you will receive an error:
- Map the correct Sophos Customer name to the corresponding Autotask Customer Name and Contract Name, hit Save, and then Sync now.
- If properly configured, the Sophos API will now automatically add all the Sophos MSP Connect SKUs to Autotask and update the number of units for each customer agreement that is configured with a Sophos SKU as a Service or Bundle:
