In May 2022, we launched the “MSP Journey” research project in collaboration with system house coach Olaf Kaiser. Designed to uncover key success factors for Managed Security Services, the project leverages surveys, live polls, and interviews to gather valuable insights.

Since its inception, the platform has grown into a thriving hub of knowledge, hosting 25 expert interviews and gathering over 2,000 data points from various surveys. This extensive collection of information serves as a rich resource for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) looking to refine and grow their service offerings.

To better serve the IT channel, the completely revamped portal is now live at www.msp-journey.com. The redesigned site offers a streamlined user experience, with sections dedicated to “Service & Solutions,” “Business Transformation,” and “Sales and Marketing.” Each area is filled with actionable insights to help MSPs achieve sustainable growth through Managed Security Services.
