All remaining Sophos UTM (SG) customers and their partners should receive an email reminder by mid-October.
New All-in-One Migration Promo
The new all-in-one promotion consolidates all current offers available to Sophos UTM (SG) customers and adds a limited number of Sophos Endpoint licenses, enabling customers to test synchronized security on a smaller scale.
In contrast to other promo codes, this code can’t be combined with ANY other promo codes or incentives.

How to use the new promo code
As a non-combinable code with a mix of mandatory and optional discounts, there are a few important things to consider when applying this code.
Do not randomly select promo codes when quoting, as that will prevent this code from being applied.
- An XGS/Xstream Protection matching pair (same model) is mandatory on every quote.
- If using the Sophos quoting tool: The mandatory products should always be added to the quote before any optional products and before applying the code.
- If additional promo codes are used on the quote, the first valid code alphabetically will be applied. If the first code is not this one, which would be the case if you include HW_3FREE, it renders the new code invalid, and the discounts will not be applied.
- If you encounter any errors when quoting, remove the promo code(s), save the quote, edit to correct the quote, add this promo code and no other, and save again.

Why are we introducing a new promo code?
We wanted to introduce an offer that is comparable to our competitive takeout promotion, and also wanted to combine all incentives in a single code.
Why is this code non-combinable?
Some codes are designed to be combined. In this case, by including all discounts in a single code, we were able to set up this code as non-combinable, preventing misuse.
For all orders: You may only use one XGS promo code on any quote, unless an exception is specifically mentioned in the promo flyer.
Why does this promo have fewer CIXA/SVRCIXA licenses than the XGS_COMP_TAKEOUT?
In the competitive takeout, we had to exclude the XGS 88(w) from the EP bonus offer due to the disproportionately high value of the EP licenses vs. the firewall purchase price. As that is not an option in this case, we’ve opted for fewer licenses to ensure the offer can be made available to even the smallest customers.
Why haven’t we included Endpoint 100 licenses?
Endpoint 100 can’t be combined with any promos, incentives, or discounts.
I need a letter for my customer to confirm the EOL date. Is there anything available?
Yes. We have a signed letter available in German and English that you can request from your local Sophos team.
