SURF is available to Sophos Partners as of June 23, 2021. This tool significantly expedites the troubleshooting process by automating the extraction and analysis of our Sophos support log bundles \u2013 the SDU and CTR \u2013 from our Sophos Central Endpoint and Sophos Firewall products.
