Based upon the remaining inventory, we have decided to continue selling any available<\/u> XG Series hardware appliances for a further quarter and will adjust the lifecycle milestones for all models in all regions.<\/p>\n

All previously announced lifecycle milestones for the XG hardware and subscriptions move out by one quarter, as shown below.<\/p>\n

XG Series Inventory<\/h2>\n

Some models may already be sold out or only available in very limited quantities in some regions.<\/p>\n

For information about the current XG Series inventory in your region, please reach out to your local Sophos contact or distributor.<\/p>\n

New Lifecycle Milestones<\/h2>\n

  • NEW<\/strong> End-of-Sale Date: March 31, 2022
    \n<\/strong>We will continue to sell any available XG Series hardware models for the rest of this financial year. This is subject to individual model availability and will vary by region.
    \nBecause of this change, we will also extend the availability of the 3-year subscriptions for all models to March 31, 2022 \u2013 irrespective of the actual hardware model availability.
    \nA new price list release will reflect this change.<\/li>\n
  • NEW Final Renewal Date: March 31, 2024
    \n<\/strong>This is the final date to renew an XG Series subscription.
    \nAfter this date, both 1-year and 1-month SKUs can no longer be ordered.<\/li>\n
  • NEW End-of-Life Date: March 31, 2025
    \n<\/strong>The EOL date shifts to the end of March 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    How will we communicate these changes?<\/h2>\n

    In January, we will update all customers who we previously contacted as part of a consolidated lifecycle update email.<\/p>\n
