Built on three foundational pillars of our channel-best commitment – profitability, partnership, and product – the new Sophos Global Partner Program is designed to adapt to the unique needs of today’s next-gen resellers, managed service providers, and cybersecurity experts.

We’ve shared a lot of information in recent weeks in our 2020 Evolve Virtual Partner Conference, emails, and webinars. However, as the launch on July 20, 2020 comes closer, we’d like to call out a few key dates.

Actions Required

  1. Important: Confirm Portal Access
    Please make sure you and any of your employees who sell Sophos have access to the Opportunity Manager on the Partner Portal before these changes go into effect. If you have any questions about access, open a case on sophos.com/support.
  2. Deal Registration and Incumbency
    Review changes coming to the Deal Registration and Incumbency benefits. Starting July 20, 2020, you will have to request incumbency and deal registration via the Opportunity Manager on the Partner Portal.
  3. Existing Quotes
    All quotes issued with a validity date beyond July 17, 2020 will be recalculated in line with the new partner program and in line with the product lifecycle updates announced here: sophos.com/productlifecycle
