We have some great news for partners who are currently upgrading their Sophos UTM (SG) install base to Sophos Firewall and the XGS Series.
SG Migration Promo Changes
On June 2, 2025, the hardware discount on XGS 1U and 2U models was reintroduced in our SG Migration promo codes:
- For EMEA Central: SG_XGS_3Y_Xstream_Central
- For ANZ, ASEAN, GC: SG_XGS_3Y_Xstream_APAC
- For AMERS, UKIN, MEA, WER: SG_XGS_3Y_Xstream_ROW
In combination with a minimum 3-year term for Xstream Protection, the following models are now eligible for a 99% hardware discount when your customers migrate to Sophos Firewall from their SG Series and Sophos UTM:
- XGS 1U models: XGS 2100/2300/3100/3300/4300/4500
- XGS 2U models: XGS 5500/6500/7500/8500
The add-on promo codes, which offer discounts on Webserver Protection and Central Email Advanced in combination with a hardware refresh, were also updated to include those models.
- WSP_CEMA_3Y_Xstream_Central (EMEA Central only)
- GLOBAL_WSP_CEMA_3Y_Xstream

Important Lifecycle Milestones for Sophos UTM (SG)
Here’s a summary of the upcoming changes and dates you need to keep in mind:

| June 30 | Final 1-year Renewal Final order date for a 1-year renewal for any Sophos UTM (SG) subscription. The renewal must not extend the expiry date beyond the EOL date (June 30, 2026). |
| Dec 31 | Final Renewal This is the final order date for SG/UTM renewals.From January 1, 2026, no further renewals are possible, so please plan ahead. |
