Promo Code Usage
We still see limited cases of misuse due to promo code stacking.
- You may only use ONE promo code for XGS on any quote.
- With the exception of the new SG promo, HW_3FREE and any available DR boosters may be combined with an XGS promo code on eligible quotes.
- All other combinations are prohibited unless explicitly mentioned in the promo flyer or communications.

Sophos UTM (SG) – Renewals up to EOL
The last renewal date for any Sophos UTM (SG) subscriptions is December 31, 2025, and many customers are using this final opportunity to extend the use of their UTM.
Whenever you create quotes for renewals where the contract has lapsed by either more than 30 days or close to 30 days:
- The quote should be created with the current date as the start date.
In all cases, include a buffer of a few days (ideally 1 week) for order processing to ensure that the end date does not extend beyond the EOL date and the order can be processed.
Failure to do so can lead to orders being blocked or needing to be rebooked due to incorrect dates.

- Terms of less than 6 months are no longer sold.
- Please always discuss our attractive refresh promo with any customer considering a renewal.
- An extra 3-month term for SG subscriptions is available at no extra cost in combination with a refresh processed before March 31, 2026 (term must not extend beyond the EOL)
- There will be NO extended support option for SG after the EOL.
Sophos Central In-Product Trials for AP6 and Switch Support
Since October 14, 2025, it is possible to start a free trial for a support subscription for either AP6 or Switch directly from Sophos Central.
This allows prospective customers to get the full user experience, including Sophos Central management and features, rather than needing to rely on the local user interface during the trial phase.
Obviously, hardware will also be required.
