Wireless planning can be hard. That\u2019s why we\u2019re here to help. Engage with our Wireless Desk for help with planning\u00a0and scoping your customers\u2019 wireless infrastructure. The team will deliver a predictive site survey, branded wireless reports, and technical as well as sales advice.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll receive a wireless report which includes access point coverage, access point signal to noise ratio, 2.4GHz channel plan, and a 5GHz channel plan.<\/p>\n

How to request assistance:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Log in to the Sophos Partner Portal and pick \u201cPresales Help Desks\u201d from the Tech Tools menu, or\u00a0follow this direct link<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Complete the Site Survey Request Form<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Submit your request to your account manager (you will find instructions on the partner portal page).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Of course, this service is available to all our partners, at all tiers, at no cost to help you with wireless planning.<\/p>\n
