The enhanced Partner Portal experience is live as of January 19 and ready for you to explore. When you log in for the first time, you’ll be prompted to accept the updated Sophos Partner Portal Terms of Service and select your preferred portal language to unlock the full experience.

What’s not changing

To help set expectations, core business functions remain exactly the same. There are no changes to existing business transactions or processes, including opportunity management, deal registration, or quoting. Your login process also remains unchanged.

First-time login reminder

When you log in to the updated Partner Portal for the first time, you’ll be prompted to complete a few quick steps before accessing the experience:

  • Select your preferred portal language
