We’re excited to announce updates to the Partner Portal that make user and notification management easier than ever for administrators!

What’s New?

As a Partner Portal administrator, you already have the ability to:

• Create or approve new users
• Update user permissions
• Assign additional administrators or transfer the administrator role as needed

Now, we’ve added the ability to manage partner-related notifications directly from the “Manage User” section on the Sophos Partner Portal.

What Does This Mean?

With this update, portal administrators can now:

• View and manage notification recipients.
• Ensure that the right people in your organization stay informed about partner-related updates.

This improved self-service capability provides greater visibility and ensures critical notifications reach the appropriate individuals in your team.
