Depending on the requirements, customers could also consider our smaller XGS Series firewalls as a RED alternative.<\/p>\n<h2>Time for a full hardware refresh?<\/h2>\n<p>At a time when many of you are already in conversation with your customers about a hardware refresh from XG to XGS, it\u2019s important to check what other devices they have connected to the firewall.<\/p>\n<p>RED 15\/15w and RED 50 have been EOL since August 2023, so customers have had a generous grace period to plan their upgrade.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.sophos.com\/support\/s\/article\/KB-000044880?language=en_US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sophos RED: End of life of RED 15\/15(w) and RED 50<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/partnernews.sophos.com\/en-us\/2023\/07\/products\/end-of-life-for-red-50-red-15-red-15w-on-august-31-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Partner News about the Sophos RED EOL<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Another product that you may want to ask about are the EOL AP Series access points.
