We’re excited to announce that the Sophos Global Deal Close SPIFF program is now open to all Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Titanium partners worldwide through the end of the fiscal year (March 31, 2026), giving more partners access to consistent, global incentives.
This expansion increases earning potential and rewards more partners for driving new Sophos opportunities — while strengthening alignment between partner success and our global growth strategy.
For partners already participating, nothing changes at this time. You’ll continue to register deals, close opportunities, and earn rewards under a similar structure you’re familiar with, now as part of a stronger, more inclusive global program.
New Partners: Simple Enrollment Requirements
As part of expanding access, we’re introducing a streamlined opt-in process to ensure every partner is set up for success from day one.
To participate, newly enrolled Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Titanium partners must complete the following requirements:
- An authorized representative must submit the SPIFF program opt-in form
- Participating sales executives take the Sophos Quick Start Sales course in the Sophos Academy
- Participating sales engineers hold at least one technical certification course in the Sophos Academy
These requirements ensure that partner teams have the foundational sales and technical knowledge needed to confidently position and support Sophos solutions — ultimately helping you close more deals and maximize SPIFF earnings.

How to Participate
Once you’ve opted in and your sales and technical teams have met the training prerequisites:
- Register and qualify deals through the Sophos Partner Portal
- Close eligible opportunities that meet the SPIFF criteria
- Submit for payout directly within the portal
- Get rewarded quickly, transparently, and consistently
Details of the SPIFF may vary based on country or location, so please review the applicable regional incentive flyers for full program specifics, including terms, payout structures, and regional guidelines – available in the Partner Portal from January 19, 2026.
