Sophos Mobile has been named a “Leader” in the 2019-2020 IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Enterprise Mobility Management Software for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses Vendor Assessment.

Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions, which encompass mobile device management and security, are something that organizations of all sizes, including SMBs, are focusing on heavily these days. IDC states that “SMBs are rapidly adopting mobile technology and implementing mobile use cases similar to larger businesses.” In fact, IDC reports that more than one in four SMBs are planning to deploy mobile device management in the year.

This clearly shows an increasing focus and we’re right at the heart of it. IDC hailed Sophos Mobile’s integration with other Sophos products, including endpoint protection and network protection, recognizing our Synchronized Security approach. They also praised the “ability to synchronize web security polices and protection settings across a worker’s entire device environment, from mobiles (iOS/Android) to PCs (Windows, Mac and Chrome OS), allowing polices to follow users in browsers across all platform types.” They also noted the integrated reporting, centralized management, and extensive resale partnerships.
