We also have a team of SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) that respond to prospective and existing customers who have registered for Sophos webinars, downloaded whitepapers or engaged with digital marketing campaigns.

This team serves a valuable role in helping to amplify Sophos awareness, to educate endusers on our product offerings and strengths, and help people quickly get the information they seek as part of their journey when researching security solutions.

The SDR team is a great marketing engine that benefits partners and Sophos alike. They help us market to our shared customers and grow revenue for you and Sophos. We remain committed to our channel partners and want to be sure our customers and prospects have access to the full value of Sophos solutions.  When speaking with a prospect, SDRs always verify the incumbent partner or ask for a preferred partner. Qualified opportunities are passed to the Sophos channel account teams and incumbent partner for further engagement.
