Three steps to get started with Sophos

To most successfully begin this partnership, we recommend you follow the three steps below. Most of the links included are accessible via the Sophos Partner Portal, and thus only available for already registered partners.

  • Sales
    Your account manager is your contact for everything sales related. If you don’t know their contact details already, just log in to the Sophos Partner Portal at https://partners.sophos.com where you can find all those details right on the home page. Sophos MSP partners find contact details on the MSP Hub, CSP partners on the CSP Hub.
  • Partner Care
    Having trouble accessing the partner portal or need help with transactions like deal registrations, licensing, etc? Reach out to the Partner Care team via https://support.sophos.com. You can either create a ticket via the Support Portal or get in touch through our live chat.
  • Partner Portal
    We also offer a number of how-to videos to help you use the most important Sophos Partner Portal features. In the partner portal, just click on the (i) icon at the top right corner to access them.
  • Distribution
    Of course, our distributors are also happy to answer your questions. You can find a list of Sophos distributors here.
  • Technical Support
    All Sophos partners have access to enhanced technical support at no extra cost. Go to the support pages and choose the contact method that works best for you. Partner Portal Administrators

Sophos Partner Portal administrators have additional visibility and management rights beyond those of a regular user. For example, they can update user profiles and access rights within the partner portal or receive partner program updates.
