On January 15, 2025, we’re introducing the following new combined hardware and support SKUs:
- Sophos AP6 and Support
- Sophos Switch and Support
These bundles provide a single SKU for you to order our products together with the required support, making it easier for you to sell.
A Support and Services subscription for each Sophos Switch or AP6 access point unlocks Sophos Central management, advanced RMA, additional features, such as Active Threat Response, and more.
Use our new bundle SKUs to increase your support attach rate and ensure that every switch and wireless customer is getting the full benefits of the Sophos ecosystem.
Access Promos Require Separate SKUs
Due to the setup of our promos with hardware-only discounts, the new SKUs are not compatible with our current access promos. To receive promotional discounts, you will need to continue ordering the separate SKUs. We hope to find a solution in due course.
