With the Sophos Business Systems Transformation (BST), we are modernizing our entire business operations on a reliable, performant and future-proof platform to support our continued growth and success for the years to come. 

We appreciate that this transformation has meant significant change for our partners and distributors. Ensuring we have accessible and relevant training for our partners to support the continued adoption of our new lead-to-cash process and systems is critical. With this in mind, we wanted to provide a quick overview of what’s available to you right now, and how we’ll keep you updated as we make more training available.

BST Update and Q&A Sessions

We are running regular BST update sessions which cover key systems and process updates and answer questions that our partner community have asked us. There’s also the chance to ask your questions live. You can find links to register for these webinars here, as well as access recordings of previous sessions.

Videos and How-to Guides

We also have a collection of short videos and how-to guides on the key updates as they become available – these are a great reference point as you become familiar with the new partner portal and transaction workflows. You can find them here.

Weekly Email Update

To keep you up to date, Kendra Krause, SVP Global Channels, is sending out a weekly email to all of our partners – this provides a status on our systems, the enhancements we are delivering, and what to expect that will be coming soon. Any new training will also be detailed in this email. You can also access these emails on the partner portal here.
